The owners, Anette and Garry, showcase their dedication to every guest through delicious cooked breakfasts and engaging hospitality.
The bathroom drain in my room had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I had a mighty stay for four nights! The room was grand, spotlessly clean with a lovely little fridge and a tasty breakfast cooked to order. Just a wee issue with the tap in the bathroom. But overall, a fantastic experience!

Blackpool break vibes 🏖️
Room was lekker and super clean! The brekkie was a proper full English, just what I needed. Everyone was so friendly, even left me a note about my clocks turning back. The tram stop just around the corner made it easy to get around!
The WiFi was a bit dodgy in my room, could've been better.

It was just a perfect match for short visits in Blackpool with extraordinarily good value for money. Our room was clean, and I appreciated the unexpected convenience of having a fridge available on the landing. Keep in mind to manage your breakfast orders carefully to avoid any mix-ups.

The welcome was charming, and the room was cozy. The bathroom was clean, perfect for a short stay. Talk about a delightful stroll to the beach, just minutes away!
The lift is more like a game of charades—if you don't shut it properly, it's a hike down! Not ideal when in a hurry!

missingWrote a review on 30 Maywarm hospitalitythoughtful amenitiesinconsistent cleanlinessbroken taphot water
The owner exudes warmth and hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and well-cared for, exemplified by a hand-written note reminding guests about the time change. A mini fridge in the room is a thoughtful touch for keeping drinks cool, especially on hot days. the cleanliness was inconsistent, with dust lingering under beds and a lack of toiletries in the room, impacting the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of options including cereals and delicious pastries, yet the water in the shower was extremely hot and the tap was broken, presenting safety concerns.
